IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic it is likely that your appointment may change or be cancelled at short notice. this may be if any of our staff become unwell and need to self isolate, if track and trace contacts anyone who has been in our clinic to self isolate or if the government issues new lockdown measures requiring us to close. By booking with us you accept these terms and conditions and no booking fees will be refunded. If your booking is affected by COVID-19 we will happily reschedule this free of charge or as a goodwill gesture the booking fee can be added to a gift voucher to be used at a later date. Any anti wrinkle reviews will unfortunately be lost due to time restrictions around this treatment. Any Prepaid Courses will still be honoured upon reopening. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions when you book with us online.
We operate a 24 hour cancellation/amendment policy for appointments. Unfortunately you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of £20 if the cancellation period is not adhered to, this also applies to clients who are on a pre-paid courses.
Finance applications once approved are final and under no circumstances do we offer refunds on finance applications. Please make sure you are 100% committed to treatment before you apply.
If you miss your appointment with us you will be charged in full upfront should you wish to rebook further treatment with us and also be charged missed appointment fee of £20 for the missed appointment slot.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE / CANCEL TREATMENT / APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT AT ANY TIME.
To book appointments a £50 non refundable booking fee is required, no appointments will be booked without this. This is deducted off the final balance on the day of treatment. We do not offer refunds after treatment , no warranty or guarentee is made by the clinic as to the results you may achieve, it is possible that results might not come up to your goals or expectations and also that results can VARY from client to client. This is also outlines on our consent forms signed by yourself before treatment commences.
We do not offer refunds on booking fees after the 24 hour cooling off period, the only exception to this policy is a serious or long term illness that contra-indicates the treatment or pregnancy confirmed by a medical certificate.
All booked appointments we do offer a 24 hour cooling off period incase you decide to change your mind, if you cancel within this time of the original booking we will refund your booking fee or transfer the amount to a credit note to be redeemed against another treatment. After 24 hours the booking fee will be forfeited should you wish to cancel.
We allow a 5 minute grace period for late appointments, due to how busy our clinics can run we cannot allow any longer as this will have an effect on other bookings after yours. If you are longer than 5 minutes late then we may have to rearrange your booking and your will be charged the missed appointment fee of £20. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Pregnant or breastfeeding woman and anyone under the age of 18 cannot have aesthetic treatments, Photo ID will be required for anyone under the age of 25.
Unfortunatelly children are not permitted at the appointments due to the nature of the treatment and we are not covered for insurance reasons, if you arrive with children we will not be able to carry out your treatment and the booking fee will be lost, we apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
All our treatments require us to hold information regarding our client’s personal details along with medical information, we carry this out with the utmost care and endeavour for this information to only be used internally.
No information will ever be sold to third parties.
As part of your treatment you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire in which we will ask questions about your medical history. It is your responsibility to disclose all information required and Elite Aesthetics will not be held responsible for anything not disclosed.
Changes to your medical status must be relayed to a member of the team before any further treatments are carried out. This is your responsibility to update us with accurate medical history if you visit us for further treatment.
Any information you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION . Your personal details will not be disclosed to third parties.
FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS NO OTHER PERSON THAN THE PRACTITIONER AND THE CLIENT ARE ALLOWED IN THE TREATMENT ROOM.
